Simple Way to Prepare Any-night-of-the-week Roast Chicken

Let's face it, cooking is not a priority in the life of every man, woman or child on earth. In fact, even individuals have made learning to cook a priority in their lives. To start this recipe, we need to prepare a few ingredients. You can make fried chicken using 15 ingredients and 6 steps. Here's how you can achieve it.
I make it on Sundays and always have leftovers. Bake for a few days and if I have leftovers, make chicken noodle soup.
Ingredients and spices for cooking fried chicken:
- 1, 2.5 -3 kilograms of chicken

Fried Chicken Steps
- Mix the salt ingredients with 4 to 6 cups of boiling water. Stir until the salt dissolves.
- Freeze the brine by adding lots of ice cubes.
- Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag and sprinkle the bag with salt. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- In a large saucepan, combine the stir-fry ingredients, then roll up the sides of the pan. Place the celery sticks in the middle of the pan so the chicken isn't touching the bottom of the pan and place the chicken (discarding the brine) in the center over the celery.
- Bake at 375 F for 1.5 hours or until skin is golden brown and juices run clear.
- Remove from oven and cover with foil for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This step seals in the juices.
Also, as your experience and confidence grows, you will more and more regularly improvise and adapt recipes according to your personal preferences. If you want fewer or more ingredients or want to create a recipe with fewer or fewer spices, there are some easy changes you can make along the way.
