Steps to make to make Vegetable chocolates

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and put all the veggies in it except mashed potatoes. And add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt,coriander powder,pavbhaji masala, Dry mango powder in it.And cook it for 8 to 10 min on medium and low flame.
  2. Now add boil mash potato in it and mix it very well.Now keep this stuffing for cooling down for 15 to 20 minutes.Take wheat flour and maida and add 1/2 tbsp of salt and 1/2 tbsp of oil in it and knead a dough
  3. Till it becomes very smooth.Now make 5 to 6 balls out of it and make small rotis from it.Now fill mix veggies stuffing in it and roll it and twist it like a chocolate.Finally heat 250 ml of oil in a kadhai and fry all the veg chocolates on medium flame
  4. Till it becomes little brown in colour.Our mix veggies chocolates are ready friends. Serve it with green chutney and sauce and enjoy this mouthwatering innovative dish friends
