- Heat same pan add butter put garlic,salt,pepper and soya sauce add rice keep fry for 1 min once colour flavour binds to the rice take out
- Heat a same pan add butter,garlic,salt,pepper add beetroot puree keep cook 1 mins once beetroot puree rawness left then add rice keep cook 1min once it binds flavour and colour ready to serve
- Take a deep round bowl apply butter on base put beetroot as red colour rice then arrange another layer coloured rice arrange rainbow colour like layer by layer
