- Add the soup for 30 seconds until boiling.

- Remove calf and tendon. Mix well over medium heat. Add the radish for 1 minute and stir again until each portion is greased with the meat.

- Pour hot boiled water into the saucepan, cover with 3/4 of the ingredients. Heat over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Cover with a lid.
