- 1/2 yellow capsicum
- 1/2 green capsicum
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 tbsp spring onion
- 2-3 cabbage patte
- 1/2 cup Cheese
Steps to make to make Beetroot Homous Wraps
- For homous spread :- soaked chhole chana for 6-7hrs. and bolied. Now take in a jar add chilli garlic salt vinegar onion Soaked sesseme seeds with olive oil and churn. make a smooth paste
- Now for daugh :-Take flour ina parat and add curd spring onion garlic red chilli piwder beet crushed salt and ginger garlic paste and make a tight daugh and rest it for 10-15 mins. Now roll a thin roti and roast in a butter or oil.
- For Cutlet :-Soaked chanadal and churn make thick consistency and add ginger chilli garlic paste salt garam masala red chilli powder Turmeric pinch soda oil mint leaves and chopped onion
- Make a balls and fry till brown in colour press with fingers.
- Now essamble take aroti and spread homous cabbage patte cutlet and Capsicum side tomato slide and spring onion grated cheese and roll properly. Serve
