  10. Dip all tikki one by one in cornflour paste coating all over and then roll in breadcrumbs. Make double coating to get a crispy outer layer.
  11. Now deep fry in hot oil. Stir occasionally until turns golden brown and crisp.
  12. Drain over the kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
  13. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or mustard sauce and salads.
